Ouzo is way too strong, Zambuca is a 'panty-waist' name, but you can use Anisette in just about any recipe for cookies. I also think that because it comes from the Star Aniseed it has some cold busting properties. I love the black licorice flavour and I love the taste of aniseed all around.

I personally don't like the taste of Sambuca. I'd go for wine any day. Actually, I already am drinking a glass of my own homemade merlot as I'm typing this. Cheers!

Never tried any of them. I stick with white Zinfandel, mostly. Will you let me taste some Ouzo if I come over?

I agree with you on this one. Ouzo would make my husband crazy mean, though, so we never had any around the house.
