dont know how to do structural formula on the internet,but this is the reaction
C12H22O11+H2O--invertase--> C6H12O6+C6H12O6
(please note in the 1st reaction the two products are glucose and fructose hence not written as 2C6H12O6)
C6H12O6--zyamase--> 2C2H5OH+2CO2

Don't know what you mean by molasses... but fermentation equation is C6H12O6 -> 2C2H5OH + 2CO2 and it happens in the presence of yeast, 30-35 deg C, and the glucose has to be in solution =)

Cant do structural formulas on here I don't think, and if 'to show how' means a mechanism, I haven't learnt that.

xsophsx asks:-"Don't know what you mean by molasses"

sugar cane juice is concentrated upto a level;decolurised & then sugar X'ls are allowed to settle- remaining colored residue is known as " mother liquor" which contains Sucrose,but not economical to further seperate sucrose.It is concentrated,which is known as molasses-contains apart from sucrose certain amount of protein,minerals-which is a raw material in Fermentation industry(Alcohol,Penicillin/citric acid -Citric Acid etc).In india molasses allotment to industries by the Central Government is a big "Politics"

Yeast and bacteria both carry out fermentation. We all think of yeast first (beer, of course!) but many bacteria also produce ethanol as a byproduct of anaerobic respiration (fermentation).

This is a complicated process, better consult a text on biochemistry.
