Sibling rivalry goes on with all brothers & sisters the only logical way to stop it is buy 2 of everything and give them their own room then a act of privatcy develops and soon they won't fight as much cause the unwritten rule "you dont touch I dont touch will exist"

I have an 8 & 9 yr old. Yes they fight, I try not to get involved, let them work it out (unless they are actually hurt), good life skills, and I just can't keep up with all of it anyway.

Kids like to fight. Even if they are very close, they still find fault in each other and the on and off fight goes on. l tell them to apologize and kiss each other. lf the figthing still continues afterwards, l tell them to keep silent/not to open their mouths or else (threaten them whatever comes to mind).

My grandsons are like that. As soon as they don't have their Mom's attention they begin to act up. It must be a plot against the parental control as it seems worldwide. A rebellion, if you will. We are powerless. They know it and will take us over. We don't have a chance, never did.

I only have one child, so my nearly 19-year-old daughter fights -- with ME!
Sometimes the only way I can stop it is to be the bigger woman and bite my tongue.
