I have no doubt that it has been in used at some point in history. I have no knowledge of that use. I simply know that as many cases have occurred in our history that it is highly unlikely that you've come across something new.

If you intend to use that as a defense in court, then you will lose. I suggest that if that is your best defense you should plead no contest or guilty. Either way, you are at the court's mercy. Show nothing but respect for the court. Do not joke. Do not even appear to take things lightly.
