A few years ago, I lost myself. Everyday I just feel like I'm in a dream or something, I'm numb all over and whenever I clinch my fists, I can't feel anything. I feel like a ghost or something, and it keeps me from doing stuff i want to do. and i get these real bad attacks where i lose sense and wonder where am i and whats going on. what diasese is this?

there could be a chemical imbalance in your brain that is causing you to feel this way. You need to go to your medical doctor and explain what you are going through. The doctor may be able to balance the chemicals in your brain with proper medication.

Go to the doctor. And no matter how much the know-it-all doctor tries to accelerate your visit or cut you off while you're talking, be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry thorough/detailed about what you are feeling.
