You don't have to dance if you don't want to. You can enjoy the music sitting down and observing others.

As long as you are having a good time tell others you don't feel like dancing and you just want to listen to the music and watch.

There is nothing wrong with going to a club just to listen to music if that is what you like to do. It can be a very relaxing way to unwind after your workday is over. So enjoy the music and let the other people dance if that is what they like to do.

There is nothing inherently wrong with just standing there. After all it is your money, you're going to do what you want with it. But, that's exactly it, most people would prefer to use their money to get on the dance floor. Some would even argue, if you're there for the music, then why not listen to it at home?

Get out there and dance! who cares if you know how, really you can't tell , I see people that just kind of stand there moving just a little but at least they are up there having a good time. You are paying high prices for drinks get your monies worth and get out there and have fun!♥j

I would worry more if noone asked me to dance. It someone you think is cool ask you. Tell them you don't dance but would they like to have a drink with you and chat.

Nothing is wrong with not dancing.

Probably coz it's a little unusual. When I go to a club, or even just sit at my desk listening to music, the beat hits me and I get lost init and can't help but move. Don't worry though be who you are

Well, when I think of club, I think of repetitive techno music-not really music you can just listen to. I go to the bar for some live rock.
