Try a System Restore.

Restart your computer and when you see the memory check at the top left of your screen start hitting the F8 key rapidly over and over again. Don't hold it down, hit it repeatedly.

You'll get a plain text screen with varius options to start your computer. Use the arrow key to highlight "Last Known Good Configuration" and hit Enter.

This has sorted out problems for me in the past. The flip side is that you'll lose any new programs that you may have installed recently. However, it is likely that those programs caused the problem in the first place.

If you absolutely do need the programs then install them one at a time and reboot between each install. If any of them give trouble you may need to have a hardware expert take a look at the computer.

It sounds like a problem with a device or driver. You might want to use msconfig and disable all the startup programs. Whatever programs run when windows starts slow down the computer, and if one is having problems, it will show error messages. here's the procedure:
start>run>type msconfig>uncheck the "load startup programs" box>restart the computer

This could be a problem with the graphics card. Try upgrading the driver by using the Control Panel.

I think ur PC infected by virus named win32. Use AVG (www.avg.com) to clean it up (if ur PC connected with internet it will update the virus signiture automatic but if not U have to update manually at download section). Or u can go to run/regedit/start-up to disable the start-up for system32. If both this solution cannot make it I advise u to format ur PC.
