...stand just aside of you, they are apparently 2-3 years younger than you, laugh and talk loud, and go where you go three times in a row.

If you dare to study the situation, they both respond with a look in the eyes and keep it as if they waited for you to react in some way. What to do from here?

Is it right to go forward and talk to unknown girls in a public place? Where's the line between that and harassment or disrespect of private life?

I say it's ok! How else would you meet new people unless they were "a friend of a friend"?

Just read the signs. If you start talking to them and they seem uncomfortable, cut it short.

hmm well since they are trying to get your attention i think its ok to go over to talk to them .. coz i think they are kind off interested in you.

but lets say if u see a girl but there is no sort of communication like ignoring u.. dont talk to the girl.. she might think its harrasement
