Fix a bruise on the thigh. Im gonna have it checked today.. but just curious, is there anyway to heal it on your own?

If the bruise has already set in then there isn't anything you can do, but wait it out. If the injury just happened then applying an ice pack can help prevent both swelling and some bruising.

Bruises usually heal themselves, but I would say ice and ibuprofen to reduce the swelling.
