She should be made to serve her full sentence like anyone else in that same situation. Just because she is a rich famous heir and is always in the glam mags, does not make her above the law it just makes her a media crazed celeb. Which technically she hasn't really earned her celeb status as normally that requires hard work with decent movies/songs that she's famous for not crappy songs and crappy movies where its obvious she is rubbish at singing and acting. I hope after this they make her get a real job maybe working with the chambermaids in daddys hotel

Of course not. She did the crime and now she needs to do the time. What has gotten lost in this debacle is the fact that she was popped for drunk driving and then thumbed her nose at the law by driving with a suspended license TWICE. Drunk driving is not right. It should not be condoned. Somehow, these rich twits think it's ok to get behind the wheel loaded and just because they have high priced lawyers they think they can get away with it. They should be made an example. Lindsay, are you listening?

Definitely keep her in. I totally agree about putting people to do with Big Brother in jail. If I had anything to do with it jail is where the housemates at the moment be sent. Now that would be worth watching.

I AGREE. She should serve her time and do it in general population NOT like she had/has it in a special cell or room. She is an inmate treat her as one, NOT like she is special. As is said, If ya can't do the time don't do the crime.
