I would suggest you have a new valve and also have the wheels balanced, about 20 pounds all in.

Is your spare tire is of the same type with the 4 tires. It is quite common to upgrade one size up when replacing the original wheel with alloy?

I am not from UK, in my country, the replacement job is about $15 (US10)

Should cost around £20 at any decent tyre centre.

Most garages will change it over for a small charge but get them to check the valve and balance.Probaly five pounds should cover it.

In the U.S. it doesnt cost anymore than $5-10.00. They can switch the tires around as long as the tire and wheel is the same size.
