These are on-shore winds, because the wind is blowing "on shore" from the sea.

Trade winds are in the Carribean area and the Hawaiian area (I believe)

Local winds are just that - local to your geographic area.

Off shore winds are winds blowing out to sea from land.

Winds are characteristically identifed by the name of their source or the direction they are coming from. The "North Wind" comes from the north. The "Offshore Wind" comes from offshore.
