I guess they figure if they raise their voice u wil be able to tell how angry they are or how important it is to them,kinda like yelling at some 1 blind ,they try 2 make u see them thru a raised voice,stupid,just say my name and tell me u would like my full attention for a momment,seems that would b easier,theres a thought!

Soft tones work better...if they are shouting, they are not expecting you to respond because they won't hear it anyway...
