If she serves her full sentence, then I might believe that justice has been served. At the moment it is just another publicity stunt
Well done to the judge for ordering her back to jail.

I think the law finally got fed up with being made out to be an ***.
Pity it won't happen in the UK for a while.

I think it was a good move sending her back there. But 45 days is a bit excessive for the crime...they're using her as a scapegoat slightly/
She shouldnt be able to get away with anything becoz of her status.

I have to admit, I haven't been very observant with regard to this news item.
I was aware she had gone to prison, I was aware she got out after a little while, and I was aware she wasn't very happy to have to go back in prison because it was felt she got off too lightly.
At this moment in time though, I don't know what she did wrong.
Was it drink driving?????

Only if I can turn on the news for the next few weeks and not be regaled by how she is managing to cope with being in jail!

I think if she is claiming mental instability as an excuse for being under house arrest, call her bluff and make her spend her time in a mental institution. WTF??!! Wonder if she blew the sheriff that let her out with the ankle cuff?!
