That is hysterical! Sorry you got a violation but it does show that Y/A officials don't have a good vocabulary. You definitely need to appeal the violation.

I'm sure you weren't reported for saying "oxymoron." You were reported because of the content or substance of your post and the reporter just used the word "oxymoron" as an excuse to get your post deleted. It seems Y/A does not like the word "moron." in any form. I find that ironic!

Ya doesn't question when anyone marks something as abuse. They just yank it and send the notice.
It's the trolls abusing the violation program that is the problem.

I think they just give violations when somebody gripes and don't even look into it. In my experience, they don't answer back when you protest either. I have seen accounts get deleted when I wouldn't even consider them the least bit controversial. I don't know if it's getting worse or not, but it's all ready ridiculous.

blame the twit who sent in the " report abuse" notice. The Y/A officials delete then review not the other way around which to me just makes them dumb, not illiterate.

in my experiences so far - they are both - or not reading the actual questions and answers being violated - they just violate them if sent in.

I can't even get an answer back when I appeal a violation
