the second one, "it's no important" is not a proper sentence at all. it makes no sense. (unless english is your second language) if it said "it is of no importance" then it would make sense and mean the same thing as the first sentence.

the 3rd and 4th sentences mean the same thing , just worded differently.

On the 3rd line the 'a' should say an. It is also the only 'word' that stands alone. All others are multiple words in the entire sentence, consisting of more than one.
The 2nd line should also say 'not' to make it grammatically correct.
In the whole sentence all letters are even except the a, which has 7 letters.

The reason you can say "it's no easy thing," but NOT "it's no important" is the following: The word important is a noun and the word no is an adverb. Adverbs cannot be used to modify (describe) nouns in English. You can only describe nouns using adjectives. But the word easy is an adjective. You modify an adjective by using an adverb, in this case, the word no. These are grammatical rules that must be followed in order to speak and write English correctly.

It's not important.
This is correct grammatically

It's no important.
This is incorrect. It's often the way it would be spoken in Scotland not the 'no' is really 'not' with a silent 't'

It's not a easy thing.
Again this is correct grammatically.

It's no easy thing.
This could be said also as the ;'thing' is implied. For example you could be saying 'It's no easy thing to lift an elephant.'
