No. Just tease your hair with a comb and sray some of that hair color on your hair. The one that comes in a can for Halloween.
You tease your hair by holding it up in your hand bring the comb down it toward your scalp. It will look messy.

That depends on if you have enough hair to put it up in a crazy do. Actually, ignoring the hair all together you could get a bald cap or an oversized hat and just paint your face (bald cap you should probably paint the base color of your face)
