Well they shouldn't take this place (polls & surveys) serious. We are here to have fun. There are plenty of OTHER forums to go to for learning.

I get a kick out of funny answers too but Yahoo seems to be doing just the opposite of what you are talking about - kicking out people with senses of humor. I've gotten violations for "not an answer", "chatting", and "trying to convince someone." I think they're trying to rid Y!A of everyone but the stiffs.

LOL I frequently avoid answering the ranters who think that putting a question mark on it makes it a question. I occasionally get e-mail from someone else who answered a question, but the fun thing is, their invective is weak, and their use of obscenity is unimaginative. After 21 years in the Navy, including six years as a DI (RCC), I always enjoy the opportunity to use a little of what I learned in my replies to these emails! I mean, the majority of my reply is about like this, but I always slip in a paragraph of...ahem...creative cursing to let 'em know what they'll be up against if they wish to continue!

I asked a "joke" question about turning Beatles songs into Rap lyrics, and i got so many upset people answering me with "why would you want to mess with the beatles' songs, turning them into rap is stupid". Yeah, no ****, thats why I asked it !!

Me personally I like all questions! Funny,stupid, racist , ones where they make no sense at all, political ,what ever! I just like to see what people have to say and think about issues in life,or how one reacts to something they like or dislike! It's all good!
