Call the police agency local to where the accident took place.
They can either tell you where it was towed to, or which agency (local police, sheriff, highway patrol, etc) handles that particular road where the accident happened.

Find out the jurisdiction and who responded. They usually have a contract with a particular towing business in the vicinity and that's who would have it, in an impound yard somewhere.

Should be listed in the police report who was called to remove from the scene.

Check at your local wrecker services, they usually have and impound yard in which such vehicles are held til after insurance inspections

the above answers are correct but make sure you do this as soon as posible as the impound yard that has your bike will no doubt charge a storage fee and it is per day.

stop a police officer and tell him to run your plate in his lap top. He'll tell you the towing yard that has it. I found my car that way once.
