Only in self-defense! I had a feud with a gang, and 2 of them drew pistols on me when I was unarmed. That was justifiable homicide, obviously, for me to kill men who tried to kill me. I am a powerlifter-martial artist who had only his bare hands this time. I got a bullet beside my navel, but they were in worse shape.

The problem with this question is that almost everyone over 30 has been related to the death of other people and some could be labeled mass killers. Twenty years ago the smoking of tobacco was the norm through most of the world as it still is in some places. Any one who smoked could be a party to killing someone and the cigarette makers are surely mass killers. . . . Though I will admit with the knowledge of what tobacco smoking can do to a person these days it is more suicide than killing for those who smoke and those who allow themselves to be in an environment where smoking goes on.
