i feel bad when she refuses to say i love you even thogh she loves me madly i dont know how to express my love and make her feel great i can spend a lot on heri just want her to be happy

How do you know that she loves you madly, or at all if, she refuses to say it? From what little you've written, I'd venture to guess that she loves your money and loves that you spend it on her, and that's about it.

Have you asked her why she refuses to say I love you.
Is there an experience that she has gone through that has her terrified of the statement?
Asking her might be the best possible way to receive a complete and fulfilling answer to that question.
What happened in her past, that holds her in bondage.
Perhaps having a discussion on the why would make you and she more understanding towards the response.
Love doesn't need to be bought and paid for it comes willingly . Maybe she is hesitant on her display of affection.

Some people just can't say those three little words. Don't push into saying or doing anything that she doesn't want to. It doesn't matter want you do with her just so long as you do do something...spend time with her, watch her favorite movie, or just talk. That matters more than anything money can buy....time. Everything else will come out in the end.

love is expressed in many ways... watch for the signs...
words can be said and be empty and meaningless but actions speak volumes...
think of how many people say i love you and dont mean it.... then think of how many people do things everyday for the ones they love... simply because they love them...
its in the heart and the actions... the little things we do day to day... that count... not in the words or the gifts.
sometimes the best way to show love is to give space and freedom to move a bit rather than to smother... if you love a dog, you let it run, it will run to you to be hugged and petted wont it? if you love a cat you let it roam, it woilll come to you and walk through your legs or jump on your lap and purr, wont it... but if you tie either one of them down on a 6 inch leash and dont let them move around freely, they will run away the first chance they get.... love must be given freedom to move and plenty of air to breath to thrive and be returned back to you. if you smother a plant it will die, but if you give it air it will grow and thrive... same with love...

You should never push a person to say those words, they should only be given freely. "refuses" sounds as if you are pushing! Why would you do that?
It's not necessary that everytime we tell someone that we love them that they parrot us back. It's also not necessary that everytime we hear it that we too parrot the words back at them.

Sounds like a power game of manipulation to me.
Try not acknowledging her immature game and don't make it an issue anymore. Oftentimes people begin doing exactly what you want when you pretend you are not interested or don't care about it as much anymore. (reverse psychology)

Most men feel bad when their girlfriend says no. Seriously though,If you have told her you love her and she will not say it in back, you may subconsciously feel that she doesn't and will never say it.It is normal I suppose that if you love someone,you want them to love you in return.You feel foolish to love someone if they don't love you.
