Her fathers money will not buy her early release.
California law will have Good behavior get her sentence reduced to 23 days.
If she is released early, it will be for something like overcrowding or she mentally collapses and some judge feels she has learned her lesson.

She checked into Court last Friday, June 8 to hear that She will serve the remainder of Her 45 Day Jail sentence.
Now, We know Paris will have to serve her time, However, It does not serve the purpose If Daddy will bail her out.
On the other note, It will not help either if the media, the general public, the law, and the prisoners will start hating her for her actions.
If there is someone over there at that Jail or who's working at that Jail who's reading this, Would it be more better to make her realize also what her faults are. Also, teach her things to be a better person in Society, Instead of a Socialite.
Her Going to Jail is the first step of realization. The next step is for people who are there (Maybe, including the general public) should help her out to change.
We shouldn't Criticize. It won't Help. What Helps is we can make her life back on Track. Isn't it???

If you have ever been in jail it is the most terrible feeling in the world, no one has the right to answer the question if you have not been incarcerated before, I know if you do the crime do the time, but she was let go and then put back...is that something they only do in America I have never heard of such a stupid thing in my life. I am not a "Paris Hilton" fan but did you see her face, she is deep deep turmoil. Give her a break and be a human being and if her Dad bails her out so be it, he loves her unconditionally and would do anything as any parent would for their child. She is just a mixed up young girl and she got herself into trouble. But the judge is a jerk. My son was killed by a drunk driver in the USA (Yuck) Alabama and the killer got a month in jail...hellooo where is the justice

Some people seemed to have forgotten why she ended up where she did
She was busted for driving DRUNK. It was sheer dumb luck that she did not hit or maim anyone.
Then she did not just violate probation once, or twice, it was THREE times in 3 months.
Then instead of taking responsibility for her actions, it was her publicists' fault , not hers
Even after knowing that she was in deep doodoo, she blows in to court LATE.
Then she claimed she wanted to take responsibility but not even 2 days later, her personal shrink was complaining about her " medical condition". Please, her medical condition was the reality check of facing the consequences of violating probation.
Everyone has commented on how harsh the sentence is, forgetting the number of probation violations she had. .
Her early release with electronic monitoring was a direct violation of the judges orders, so she should have gone back to jail. The only thing I disagreed with was the fact that they handcuffed her for the ride to the courthouse, that was overkill by the Sherrif's department.
I agree with you, Nicole Ritchie is more mature with regards to owning up to her mistake and not blaming someone else for her actions.
To Jord's Mom, I am sorry about your loss, I guess it depends on the state, because here in FL it is treated a bit different. I was in a car accident 13 years ago when I was hit by a drunk driver head on. I still suffer from the effects sometimes, and luckily no one died but the judge sentenced him to 3 years

They started on the appeal the moment the judge ruled her back to jail.
It will probably be heard over the next few days.
My guess is she's pulling out all the stops, already crying and screaming and refusing to eat or drink etc. etc. etc.
She is going to make herself sick because she knows it's the only way she will be able to stay out of that jail cell.
Oh the shame she has brought upon herself in all this...I think she'll crawl into a hole and never show her face again.
YIPPEE!!!

Daddy already tried that trick on the sheriff once and it only worked one day before the judge got pissed off stuck her butt back in her cell.
Maybe if people stated away from Hilton hotels for the duration of her stay it would get Mommy and Daddies attention by messing with their wallets.

I really doubt she serve her full time behind bars....money does talk and then the guilty walk. I'm not sure how they will do it, maybe use the mental breakdown card...who knows and to tell the truth, I'm not wasting any more time on her...she's good for a couple points when I answer your questions, but I have expressed my feelings several times this week,,,,I've gotten my anger out/over with about her carrying-ons...I'm through now!

that's what Paris Hilton said at the MTV awards that she'll take responsibility for her action and do the time. personally i think the sheriff in this case needs to be prosecuted.

I think her "I'll handle it like an adult" notion lasted about as long as it took her to realize that...yes, she really WAS in jail, and it was much worse than she thought.
What I expect to happen is that her family will hire one of those "Psychiatrist to the STARS!" doctors who will basically testify to anything they're paid to testify to...and Paris will end up serving most of her sentence under house arrest...on a four-acre luxury estate in Malibu. (Under "medical supervision", of course...) Poor thing.
