Web cam problem?

I have a Creative web cam voice live I have downloaded software but it will not work ,keeps telling me to plug in the web cam but it already plugged in when told to do so It worked OK with windows xp but not with vista home premium ,or it says which port but all my ports 6-off are all 2.00usb so it should make no odds which ports I use ,it also told me too download apple tunes but to no advail,then it said load Yahoo messenger but again no go ! any one help.

"It worked OK with windows xp but not with vista home premium", tells me that you need the Vista drivers.

Go to the website and see IF they are available yet.
