I would pick say everything your thinking at every moment because eating worms would be gross and being naked would is just not good because kids should not see that.

I would do nothing. Because somebody has to accept you the way you are and you live not for doing something different because one day that difference will be same old routine for them and they will end loosing you but if you stay the same they won't get bored from you.
