are there any secret or alternate endings in kingdom hearts and kingdom hearts 2 and will there be a scene after the credits roll?if there are any,please tell me what will happen.

Kingdom Hearts I-yes, you must have gotten all 101 puppies, locked all keyholes and beaten all the cups at the colosieum. Prelude to KMH2
Kingdom Heart 1: Final Mix-yes, prelude to organization XIII
Kingdom Hearts 2: yes, beat it on a certain difficulty and you'll see a preview for KMH3

Just do a search on youtube for the endings to each game and you can view them.

Kingdom Hearts 1 - Another side Another Story.
Riku and Roxas in The World That Never Was. Roxas appears in front of Memory's Scyscraper. Riku is on top of the building. Riku summons a meteor shower opening up the sky. A Heart symbol appears around Roxas. The heartless back away. Tons of phrases and words. You get to see Kairi on the Destiny Islands Beach.
Kingdom Hearts 1 Final Mix- Another side Another Story Deep Dive.
Riku and Roxas in the World That Never Was. Roxas slashes up some heartless while Riku stands on top of Memory Scyscraper. Roxas, seemingly overwhelmed by the number of heartless decides to get Riku involved in the fight and runs up the side of the building hurling a keyblade to Riku. As riku falls he slashes through many heartless. During this, there are showings of a beach where Roxas (with the glowy eye) walks up to either Riku or Xemnas. The face of the figure supports the idea that it is Riku but I'm not quite sure. They also count down from 13 to 2 using roman numerals and the actual numbers.
Kingdom hearts 2 - Birth By Sleep, you get introduced to the three armored figures and a threat that walks towards them shrouded in darkness.
Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix- Birth By Sleep with extended version and fight between an unknown character resembling Xehanort and three armored figures, one resembling Roxas, one resembling Riku but is a girl, and another who looked alot like the organization member Lexaeus in my opinion but most likely isn't.
I suggest watching the videos on Youtube unless you plan to beat the games to see them.

umm yes there are. There hard to get, in the first one u need to get all the dolmations, seal the all the keyholes, including 100 acre woods and beat the hades cup. The 2nd one u need to complete jiminis journal. YOu could youtube the endings. the secret ending for the first one it shows a hooded figure(roxas), fighting heartless with two keyblades(oathkeeper and oblivion). In the 2nd game theres 3 ppl and a bunch of keyblades. the ppl r not sora, riku or kiari. You can read up about the speculation of khinsider.com
