Besides whether or not they are decent looking, I notice how they are dressed, especially their shoes. The reason why is because I hate when someone cannot take care of themselves. I think you should look decent, not just for the next person but for yourself. And I think your shoes show that you care about what is on your feet and that you can actually take care of shoes. I just think it looks so bummy for a person to not wear decent shoes or clothes.

i'm the same way, i notice what they wear, but mostley, i notice their hair. wether it's silkey, short, long, greesy, it really says alot.
