So if someone just connected to my network. I want them to get this .html page as there homepage when they open there web browser.

I'am running Windows either Windows Vista or XP and I still don't have linux.

You can use gateway software to do this. It will redirect them regardless of their local settings. http://www.chillispot.org/

There are even routers to do this for wireless users.
AirEpoch makes one that is designed for Hot Spots which directs all users.

We use these are local hot spot setups. Saves setting up a server and software.

You can change settings as a network administrator that should effect (I say should as nothing ever seems to work perfect) all PCs on the network. If that doesn't work, you can sign in to any PC that didn't take the change as the administrator, then simply change the homepage there and sign back out as administrator.

If they are logging into a domain, edit your Group Policy on the server to have a default home page.

the way is simple if u have firefox jus go to tools-..>options and change the homepage link ie jus copy the link of that webpage and paste it !!
