Actually many years ago BBC television did experiments to prove Murphy's Law correct. However, their tests were not able to show Murphy's Law was valid. A point was then made by the researchers that if Murphy's Law was correct, then trying to prove it would be subject to Murphy's Law, and therefore something would go wrong and you wouldn't be able to prove Murphy's Law.

Why to try Murphy's law? Already he has made it.
You try to get some more laws using Murphy's law as a base of your project.

Murphy's Law was not discovered by Murphy. Murphy's law was discovered by somebody else with the same name.

You mean like if you try to prove it. Then nothing will go wrong?

I hate Murphy's law of Hooks.
Anything that can get hooked will get hooked. This one works on things like xmas lights, drop cords, belt loops, shirts, drug users. Gets on my dam nerves.
