That sheriff overstepped his bounds. That's why she had to go back. I guess he thought he'd get to nail her if he sprung her.

Yes, Paris Hilton deserves to go back to jail! She ignored the cops and the judge and never took anything seriously. Plus she thinks she is higher status and better than anyone else so she thinks she can get away with anything and is above the law but nobody is above the law. Plus she had 3 strikes and now she's out! She ignored once, twice, and the third. A Dui charnge is something to be taken serisously as she must learn her lesson and do the time. The law doesn't care if your a celebrity or anyone else.

she deserves to go to jail like everyone else, it's not fair that just because she's a celebrity means that she gets "Special treatment" she's no different than the people out there, if it was a regular person they'd get far more than 45 days..she deserves it..
Hilton added she was "shocked" by the attention her case has received and suggested the public and media focus on "more important things like the men and women serving our country in Iraq."
*so? what's wrong with people focusing on something other than that? Don't like the attention now do ya Hilton?*

My TV will be off as well or tuned to the Game Show Channel or something. I am so ungodly tired of hearing about Hilton. There are infinitely more important things to report on but no. Every time Hilton takes a crap we have to hear about it.

These celebrities are getting away with some pretty awful things. They think it's perfectly allright to have these fender benders and leave the scene. Somebody has to make an example by letting them know they can't drive drunk and get away with it...they can't just plow into another car and leave. I think the judge would take a lot of heat if someone got killed by one of them after he had let them off with a slap on the wrist.

Yes. She did the crime, she should do the time! If she doesn't stop driving drunk now she'll end up killing someone. Then what is she gonna do? Get outta prison for that one too?

you have the gift of mercy-its a good gift to have.
I felt she deserved her time-with 3 violations-yet when a judge lets her off as happened-to do home arrest-I question wether that should have been overturned-yet she says one moment she will do her time then acts like a 10 year old about it-I think she needs deaper help then what the state is giving her =it worked for me=as a Jew when Jesus showed me he still loved me Isaiah 53rd chapter, I let him into my heart to be my best friend and savior=and have never been sorry about it!
you will never be let down by Jesus= I prayed-Jesus, I am sorry I have let you down-even with one lie, come into my heart and help me do better, be my friend, amen.
in amazing grace that saved me Revelation 3 (verses 19&20) He loves each of us & knocks on our heart door to come in and forgive sin when we repent-even of one lie, and Jesus says then I will begin a fellowship with you as my friend, when you ask me in. praying for you, David
