ABSOLUTELY NO!!! A PCI Express slot is purposely positioned such that noone tried to put the PCI express device into the regular PCI slot... The PCI slots are almost outdated and soon will be completely replced by PCI Express as ISA slots were replaced by PCI about a decade ago...

No. You would need a new motherboard that supports PCI-E, along with new memory & everything else that is no longer supported by these newer boards. If your board has an AGP slot, you can get virtually the same card in AGP format, rather than spend the extra money on PCI-E.

No, you can only use PCI, and I wont recommend it as its a dead-end purchase.
