you can do it but it has many potential hazards. like infection etc which mat even lead to removal of actual at later stage. also such a surgery is higly costly. and the benefits are not so much. becuase it will no way increase your desire or power. also a lot of pain after surgery to healing. and i think girls will not be very concious. most of them will even not detect its onlt one there. because bag contianing testis (Scrotum) looks always round and until some one touches it she cannot know. and even if she comes to know , she will not be disgusted. the only thing so i sujjest you is to care the one you have and make it strogner. do eat olives, they have a great sexual multiplication.
one of my friend lost one balls in an accident , but still he is living a good life with his wife , except for having low amount of ejaculate, but it can cause no problem to satisfying a girl. learn other ways to satisfy a girl.

I think it's an unimportant fact and I couldn't do any operation for that. The sack isn't an organ clearly visible and well exposed as like as others body's part and only a possible g/f then can "get access to it"! Besides, the lack of one testicle isn't a so grave and bad fact and in your shoes I'd think more to the care of other testicle.

Sure. Older guys get implants after prostate surgery. Heck, they even have implants so dogs who've been neutreed look intact. Go for it! You'll feel better about yourself.
