how do i make print dark?

for my failing eyrs on the computer monitor

Right-click on the Desktop and choose Properties. Then, click on the Appearance TAB and increase the Font Size to Large.

Repeat as needed for Extra Large..

Did you try going to START>Control Panel>Accessability Options and set the display to High Contrast?
