I do some special spinning to unwind.

Depends on the level of the stress ive been under. Anything from a quiet drink and my local newspaper to a full on all nighter. Also depends on what frame of mind im in and who i can drag out to play.

If my girlfriend is coming over after work, I give her a hug, then both of the dogs I live with get hugs. I always let both kiss my face and change clothes and watch some tv while I have a cold soda

I go out in the back yard and play fetch with the dogs. If the weather isn't good, I brush them, clean teeth and ears, and make sure there's no burrs or matts.
