I have a garage under my apartment where I store my car and stuff thatI am storing and we have had torental rains lately and the garage is flooded with water which won't drain away.What can I do about it? I own the apartment.

did you not put a drain in the garage floor when you had it installed ? if not I would call a plumbing company and have them install one . good luck .

I'm not sure with the info but, sometimes, installing a french drain, or concrete channel, bridged by a steel grate just in front of the opening. This can absorb and help divert a lot of water. Hope this helps.

install a grate in front of yr garage door.
Hire a pump & pump the water out to the gutter for now until u get grate installed.

You could put in a sump pump. That would automatically pump the water out as soon as it started in.
