I can. I'm just very selective about the promises I make because I go to extremes to keep my word, once given.

i make many promises....and sometimes i forget that i had made a promise...and do totally opposite to that.....
really i don't want to break promises....that's why i don't want to make promises
but your question motivates me to make a promise and remember it....so here is my promise to myself!!
