According to the 14 th Amendment Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution which is supposed to be the supreme law of this land; Bush and Cheney are forbidden from holding the offices of President and Vice President based on their participation in an act of Insurrection against America because they did so after taking an oath to defend the Constitution and while they were federal officials.
If you don't believe Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Bolton, Silverstein, Guiliani, Pataki, and others did 9/11; it is only because you do not remember the facts, aren't paying attention or, you are totally in denial. The good news is that denial is an early phase and will soon wear off. The bad news is you may be the personal property of Bush or Cheney before it does.

Americans are being tricked,We really only know what the Media tells us.What has the Media been telling us latley,That paris hilton may be more important, than a change at the top of the Military command during a war.There was other important news on the day of paris hiltons arrest but what did we hear about the most.That says alot about what is relayed to the people.I think many people dont know what is going on with bush or cheney.

You forgot one other possible answer:
The conspiracy theorists could be wrong.
Look at these facts:
+ How could all those guys orchestrate the tragic events of 9/11 using Islamic Jihadists to launch an attack on American soil?
+ Participate in an act of insurrection? What?!?! They had to come up with a response to the actions which lead to this tragic event - no airplanes flying (except for military, police, fire & rescue) over the skies for days.
Then they had to develop a suspect profile, finding their point of origin, their training sites & the purpose of this carnage. Then they had to develop a plan to combat it & prevent it from happening again.
Then they had to institute changes in the way we fly now - ID check against "no fly" list, more TSA agents on duty, X-raying & checking luggage, limiting carryon items, closing the borders to those without valid visas/passports, etc.
They've done all that, what have you done for your country to help fight terrorism other than to spread lies, hate and discontent?

This country needs more people like you, then it can spiral out of control all the way to hell, in a real hurry.. This country is on the verge of falling into really bad hands because there is very little pride in it. Why, instead of constantly bad mouthing the system, try to improve it. If you are not part of the fix, then you are part of the problem. I LOVE AMERICA. I FOUGHT IN KOREA FOR AMERICA. I WILL FIGHT AGAIN IF CALLED UPON BECAUSE I LOVE MY COUNTRY. If this country is so bad, why do half the world's population put their lives at risk to try to sneak in here "for a better life"? Quit groaning and do something constructive.

What act of insurrection are talking about?
Insurrection is an act to over throw the US government. If this happened, I think the there would have been something in the paper, since they are bias Democrats.
