So, basically you are asking us how to steal these author's work? Those books are under copyright so it is ILLEGAL to download free copies.
Go to your public library and use their wonderful services. I am amazed by how lazy people are that they don't bother to do this anymore and would rather steal books from the internet.

http://www.wowio.com but only if you live in the U.S. It's a special exception because the owner has signed legal contracts with the authors to distribute these books, online, for free.
Otherwise, the only books you should even be able to get online are classics. You see, copyright laws forbid use of intellectual property without the author's permission. When you pay for a book at a bookstore (whether online or off), you've basically bought the author's permission to read it.
Whatever you do, don't ever get Limewire or whatever peer-to-peer program that's hot right now. The authorities are cracking down, that's true, but that's not the only reason you shouldn't use Limewire.
It's ALWAYS best to get the book you want at the library or from the bookstore. The publishing industry is a business, which means that people depend on you buying their books for a living! Don't forget - it's not just the crazy-already-mega-millionaire writer who gets a share of the money (if the writer in question is J.K. Rowling, that is), but the people who work in the bookstore as well. Besides, is a paperback copy of Perfume THAT expensive? Last time I checked on Amazon, it retails for about ten bucks. That's US dollars, too. If even that is too pricey, check out http://www.half.com - it's an offshoot of eBay, but focused entirely on books at dirt-cheap prices (Perfume sells at 75 CENTS!). This is about as close to free 'n' legal as it gets. Or, you could find a bookswapping club ( example, http://www.mooch.com ) or trade books with your friends. Whatever works.

Süskind and Chomsky are both alive (unless I am mistaken) and so there is no reason why you should find a way of reading their books for free. I am afraid you will have to buy them, but you can probably find very cheap copies of them on Amazon.com, for instance.

try limewire and look in the documents section. i have downloaded several titles from there. available formats are pdf, .lit, word, notepad, etc. if you fnds a title/story you like in a format incompatible with your program, then just download a lit converter and convert them.

You could try www.classicreader.com, but I suspect that would have mainly classics too. No idea where you'd get these particular authors, sorry!
