The answer is mRNA. It provides the template for the specific sequence of amino acids in a protein.
Ribosomal proteins, along with rRNA are found in ribosomes which synthesise proteins. I've never actually heard of fRNA, and it is almost certainly not one of the major types of RNA so is unlikely to be the answer. The anticodon is the tNRA which binds to the codon (the mRNA). The codon must be estabished before the anticodon binds to it, so, there we have it :D

THIS IS A HORRIFIC QUESTION.

The answer their looking for is B. But both A and D would be required for protein synthesis to occur in vitro.
