Why should I feel sorry for her?
DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding and other charges past/present point her out to be someone who has no regard for the law/lives/safety of others.
Then there is the issue that her original sentence was probation (terms she agreed to) and the fact she violated her probation not once, but twice - She was given a chance and she blew it.
Should the death of an innocent person be the point at which she finally deserves jail time because she is a rich celebrity? I say no. I don't care if it's Paris Hilton or some random person off the street, if someone knowingly engenders the lives of others and shows contempt for the law, they deserve jail time.
She has gotten what she deserves IMO.
If we choose to go out and break the law, we must also be prepared to accept the consequences of our actions. The laws are not written so Paris Hilton or anyone for that matter can go out and violate them at whim when it's convenient.
Everyone will have their own opinion on whether or not this sentence is fair, but at the end of the day there is only one person she can blame for what is happening: Herself.

Why do you pry for her? we could us positioned it this way... If she replaced into not well-known i noticeably doubt you will possibly pry for her on the grounds which you does not comprehend her... am I marvelous. I hate to be recommend yet heavily if all people replaced into dealt with equivalent (and permit me to you i choose we've been) not something like that is on the information, or each difficulty may well be on the information. that is genuine boring. I dont hate Paris. on no account. I dont hate human beings. I basically hate their stupid dessions. I agree that all people schould get equivalent punishment, no count how incredibly or prosperous you're. Sorry i form of have been given cared away, you purely hit the excellent spot. nicely, i don't fell sorry for her because of the fact it replaced into her fault and nor do i've got self belief sorry for absolutely everyone in penitentiary. that's basically the way i replaced into raised. and in case you have a topic with that basically cope with it, besides i'm incredibly confident Paris is doing basically nice in penitentiary besides. ^.^

No.Being a high profile celeb doesn't mean you should be above the law. This is not the first time she was caught drinking and driving. With her money, she can hire someone to chauffeur her to clubs every night. There is no excuse for her ignorance.

Not as all, she did wrong and now is doing her time for it.
She should never think that she is above the law in anyway because she has money...the world doesn't work like that and now I hope that these young girls stop looking up to her as a role model because she does not deserve that title!

No, I don't feel sorry for her. I'm glad that justice was served. It's about time that a judge stood up to the "celebrities" and made them serve their sentences.

I feel very sorry for her! She's not a bad person. Does anybody realize she does a lot of charity work? She's got a lot of growing up to do,and she has bad judgment, but she's no criminal.
