Scrambled all the way. When I have a "guest" and I want to impress them with my culinary skills I add cheese, bell peppers a little parsley for garnishment, top it with a glass of orange juice, milk, toast. Just like in the commercials.

Here's a tip. (some know some don't) To get eggs scrambled "fluffy." Add a little milk and watch it stiring it gently a lot. Eggs will come out soft and fluffy.

I like them over medium, basted or coddled.

Coddled - A coddled egg is cooked more slowly than a boiled egg, but basically yields the same results, except that the egg is a bit more tender.

"Over medium" is just how long you fry the egg. You cook it until the yolk is between liquid (over easy) and totally cooked (over hard). Typically, you've cooked one side, and then turned it "over" to finish cooking.

"Basted" is when you get the egg partially cooked in a fry pan, add a little liquid, put on the lid and turn off the heat.

I like my eggs scrambled in the microwave with cheese, a bit of milk and some seasoning. Cook for a minute, stir then if its still raw cook further half a minute. yummmo
