no ill smoke as soon as i woke up

I tend to smoke less in the morning only because I smoke in my garden . To have to stand outside first thing when it's chilly is not a good move . I do make up for my lack of nicotine by smoking more later on in the day . ( I want to try to give up . Not because of Anti smokers but because I want to ).

I set my alarm 4 hours before I wake up and smoke a cigarette Then I reset the alarm for every 45 minutes until I wake up and smoke one each time and then once I get up I continue the cycle throughout the day. Keeps me from having bad dreams about not having smokes.

I get out of bed, rush downstairs to get the kettle on, as soon as the cup of tea is in my hand I light a ciggie, probably have 2 or 3 with that first cup of tea just to kick-start my day! Just reaching for my second ciggie of the day now!

i smoke like a burning hippy. cant beat a good ciggy in the morning with a cup of coffee

i try too hold off in the morning - but I just smoke throughout the day - more when drinking wine - and more when stressed !

bit naughty but yeah i confess i light up when I'm out at the pub but with the smoking ban coming don't think I'll bother time to give up me thinks.
