because i heard that she has to face her jail term and go back to jail, but why did she leave jail after 3 days ?? and whats a eletro thing they gave her ???

She was ordered before a court immediatley after she was tagged and released the first time, and the judge ordered that she serve her original sentence of 45 days I believe it was.... she went back kicking and screaming!

She was released early by the sheriff because she said she was ill and was allowed to go home as long as she wore a devise that goes around your ankle so the police know where you are at all times. However the Judge found out about what the sheriff did and put Paris back in jail. Crying her eye out and calling for her mommy.

she was released early because she was apparently suffering soem sort of illness or depression. the judge let her go under house arrest. her electronic tag would notify the police if she left her house, althoguh the judge could have let her out for a scedualed her appointment, yes that is right, i cannot believe it. she would have ad to stay inside her house for fourtyfive days rather than the 23 she would have spent in prison.
the public complained about her early release and she has now been put back in prison for the full fourtyfive day jail term atht she was going to have in the first place before it was cut down two twentythree days for good behaviour.
just to be certain she will now spen fourty five days in prison confinement

Good am I glad she's back. I don't believe in special treatment because she's a so-called celebrity. She should be treated the same as us. She only had a reprieve because she threw a diva tantrum and refused to eat or leave her cell. She had plenty of chances before her sentence. Well done on the judge I would love to shake his hand.

She claimed that she was about to have a mental breakdown so they sheriff realsed her so that she could serve her sentence at home, but the judge found out and now she has been sent back to jail to serve out her 43 days! Its only fair really...if it had been you or i we would have had the same punishment!

She was sent back yesterday. In the hospital wing of a different prison though. Poor little rich girl.

they gave her a thing to see where se is at all times like a cellphone, its just GPS and she cant take it off, also she already went back to jail and she was crying and looked bad
