who are Max and Joap in Shell commercial?

There is this crazy commercial running on TV *american TV* .. it is from Shell

who the hell are those 2 guys? One has bad hair and another bad acne... One drinks volcano drink and another stares at him with puzzled look then "figures out" a problem regarding pipes.

It is an ad for a short film about Shell oil. Go to www.autobloggreen.com and type in "shell" in the search.
You will find on that page an explanation and a link to view the entire ad. It pretty lame.
