i'm sorry to hear about your situation! don't worry, we'll fix it! but first, do you think you guys have just lost interest in the relationship? or that he has? if not, he's probably just nervous about what you'll think of him, he probably doesn't want to come off cheap.
here's what you can do: every day, when you're saying hi/bye or whatever, kiss him on the cheek. gradually, move closer and closer towards his lips (take a week or so to do this, just ease into it). at one point, you'll both just feel comfortable enough to kiss properly.
or of course, you could just make the first move, just grab him and kiss him!

Sounds like his interest has faded a bit. I don't know anything about your relationship, but if there's been some tension, then maybe he's just waiting for the break up already. I wish you luck, I hope he's just down about something and he'll perk up again soon.

Why don't you just try asking him? Boys are stupid, okay? So YOU have to SHOW them what you want, when and how...etc...don't EVER expect a guy to "just Know" cuz they just don't get it. And they never will unless we women show them!
