As others have said, just one. Homo sapiens sapiens.
The second "sapiens" indicates our ascension from Homo sapiens, who migrated out of Africa (second great migration), and eventually to the rest of the world. The Neanderthals were another species, co-existing with H sapiens, they were descended from Homo erectus (or H ergaster depending on your source material), who migrated out of Africa in the first great migration, and then became geographically isolated because of distance, and the ice age. Neanderthals became extinct about 30,000 years ago. General scientific thinking is that they do not contribute to our modern genetic pool. This would suggest that either the two species did not interact and interbreed, or, more likely, that they were genetically incompatible, like horses and mules, having drifted apart while being isolated for 500,000 years or so. So interbreeding produced either no offspring, or infertile offspring.
Here is a link with some info.

There is 1 species of human (H0mo sapiens) however if you mean how many human-like speices there have been, well its around 20...not all have been direct ancestors to H.sapiens eg H.neaderthalensis, Parathropus robustus etc) and some are not very human looking, more ape-like in first look (apart from the fact it walks on 2 legs) .
Some of these species co-existed eg early H.sapiens (cor-magnum man) and neaderthal man existed for around 30,000 years before the latter became extinct.

Just one but that brings to mind the question of how much of another species is in our genetics from when Neanderthals co-existed with the modern human. There are a whole lot of research reports for and against the idea.
