I know it will evolve to Ambipom on Diamond....just don't know how

Aipom must learn the attack double hit (LV 32) then it will evolve. Heres a website which tells u how pokemon evolve by different kind of ways

It must know Double Hit (lv 32). Otherwise, it will not evolve.

In SoulSilver, you need the National Dex before evolving Aipom. Ambipom is not in the original Johto Dex. Get the National Dex, level up Aipom once more, and it should start evolving then.

first it has to now double hit [ lv 32] only then it will evolve i just know it
