How did you get a H1B visa if you are outside in the USA -- and still have no job in the USA?

H1B visas are only given if a US employer have accepted you and sponsored you -- but it seems that you are just in the process of getting job interviews. Did you have an H1B visa from a previous employer -- if so that will only be valid if your new employer applies for the H1B visa transfer for you

You better check your H1B visa to see if that's the real thing
