Hmmm having watched all these:
Zero no Tsukaima = Negima!?, Maburaho (though this has much more fanservice...)
Eureka Seven = Overman King Gainer (well, closest I could come up with in terms of originality, story and weird mecha design withouth being traditional)
Shakugan no Shana = Bleach (admit it, it's like Bleach, only less eps, fighting and much more humor.)
I could also recommend checking http://www.anime-planet.com/anirec/ as they have a feature which gives you results as to what other people think are simillar to most series on their database.

You can rejoice because Zero no Tsukaima and Shakugan no Shana second season 2 have been announced.
Try Card Captors Sakura, blood+, Black Lagoon.
