Those are my beliefs. I think it has to do with religion a lot but seriously. I had two thumbs down when i said in a question that i was saving my first kiss for marriage. Isn't that my opinion and am i not entitled to have my own beliefs?

Yes you are entitled to your own beliefs, and I have no issue with your choice whatsoever.
However I luv to kiss and would always do so well before marriage..but that's me...

I think that's just too extreme. I understand not having sex, but that's just wierd to not kiss before marriage. I'm not trying to be mean, really. It's just staying too sheltered. There's something to be said about the experience you gain from doing certain things in life before you live with and are married to another person. Like living alone, and going to college, and seeing the world. Of course you don't have to do those things before you get married, but you certainly are much more of a complete person, and have more to offer your future husband, if you've done those things...
But like the others have said- it's your choice. Just don't use religion as an excuse. I don't know of any religion that is that extreme.

I believe that's cool. I made that decision when I was a little girl and have had few opportunities to break it, so here I am a teenager without a first kiss. I'm tied between breaking that ---or going for the marriage thing.
I believe there is nothing wrong with that. The thumbs down should only have been if it didn't answer the question in any way.

Do what You feel is right for You. The last time I checked 'We' were still responsible for Our own decisions. It is an absolute and inalienable right of the individual to govern Their own destiny along a course which does not interfere with those of others. Do You know the difference between tolerance and acceptance? People who show You tolerance 'allow' You the do what You want in the privacy of Your own home. And don't complain. People who accept Your views and opinions don't care what You do, because it is Your right to make up Your own mind. And are prepared to defend Your right to freedom of choice and expression.
I hope You have a nice Wedding Day. I will not ask for any cake as I am on a diet.
Cheers.

Uh ..
There's nothing wrong with having rights to your beliefs.
But what if your husband is a really bad kisser?
And .. It's sort of like someone claiming to be "dating"
someone when they've never kissed ..
It's not like your going to meet someone and marry them the next day..
Wouldn't it be weird being in a relationship for like a year/months or whatever without kissing at all .. ?

There's nothing wrong with it, it's just that most people kiss before their wedding day.

I think you're right. Screw your brains out, but save that first kiss for the man you marry.
