I have a job that i work from 8am-5pm,everyday ie 7 days a week,no off days. I want to have my own company/business where I will employ people. How do I go about that.

Seriously! I've spent months trying to find something that doesn't want my credit card # after like....the third step...and then there it was....and here I am....and I havn't spent a penny! BUT I have spent a little time on it...(2 days!) haha.....

Work for your money until you can save around 5 grand.. Then talk to a local stock broker and tell him you want to invest it in mutual funds. Then you open up a ROTH IRA at a bank if possible. Some kind of interest baring account. Then sell drugs... alot of drugs. Invest, Invest, Invest!!!!
The drugs part was a joke, replace it with the business you see fit. But remember to Invest!!!

There are a number of entrepreneurial magazines that should give you a clue. What you can do depends on your resources, your inclinations, and where you choose to operate.
